The hotel didn't quite meet our expectations as the room wasn't very nice and didn't feel worth the money we paid, but it was clean and recently updated. The service on the other hand was very friendly and the bed was comfy for the wedding party guests. The location was fairly convenient despite being fully booked, clean, and comfortable, with hopes to stay again in the Knoxville area.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms, although they had a slight cigarette smoke smell near the elevator due to the handicap room, were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The service provided was top-notch, particularly when accommodating our request for an extra chair and surprising us with a treat bag for our dog Duke. The location was convenient with plenty of food options nearby, but the rooms could use upgrading. The facilities were well-organized and maintained.

The hotel went through a remodel of its rooms under a great amount of stress due to multiple check-ins and walk-in customers asking for a room. The rooms carried that theme with a stylish bathroom featuring a lighted mirror frame over the vanity counter and were clean and fresh.
